Global Links
We’re looking for volunteers to help sort and pack surplus medical supplies for shipment to healthcare institutions in developing countries on the following dates from 5:30-7:30 p.m.:
Thursday, April 10
We can accommodate 4-12 people for each date and the type of project we arrange will depend on the number of people coming. Information about our hosts, Global Links, including requirements for group volunteers and directions to the sorting center on Penn Avenue can be found at:

Volunteers are asked to wear long pants and closed-toe shoes (no sandals or flip flops) when working. Wear clothing that you don't mind getting dusty or dirty.
Please e-mail us at PittAMSA@gmail.com ASAP with your date(s) of preference along with a YES/NO in the subject heading indicating whether you can drive to Global Links. Doing this soon will secure you a spot.

Children's Hospital
We will be volunteering at Children's Hospital on April 12th. There will be two groups, the first group will be playing games with the kids and the second group will be help with window painting for the kids. We will be meeting outside the William Pitt Union (on the Fifth Avenue side) at 9:15 and volunteering from 9:30-12noon.
Please email PittAMSA@gmail.com if you can make it. Spots are limited so sign up quick and specify which one you would like to do. We can take 5 people for games and from 4-12 for window painting.
